    About the Job:
    As a Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations within the Surgical Franchise supporting the Strategic Planning Project Management Team, your role will involve analyzing the planning process, collaborating with global directors to shape product strategies, and spearheading key strategic projects in Fort Worth, TX.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing analytical insights during Strategic Planning and Business Planning processes.
    • Partnering with Global Product Directors to refine product category strategies.
    • Coordinating cross-functional efforts and driving strategic decisions.
    • Leading the process for new product ideation and managing program initiatives.
    • Executing analytical frameworks for resource planning and investment strategies.
    • Collaborating with analytics teams to define business requirements and data presentation.


    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in English communication.
