Seeking seasonal Air Export Agents to join immediatelyJob Type:

TempSchedule:
Monday - Friday; 8:30AM-5:30PM

Pay Rate:
$21-23/hrDuties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
Ensure all bookings are accurate and updated accordingly.
Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Coordinate or manage the transfer with the warehouse team and linehaul trucker.
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to Stations on the status of their shipments.
Manage relationships with stations, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
Provide ad-hoc rate upon request.
Educational background / Work experiencePrior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as calculating costs and rates.
Other SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Language skillsFluency in English is required.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Computer LiteracyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with logistics software and systems is preferred.
