- Oversee New York City, and New Jersey, house closing files from Contract through closing.
- Prepare and review documents as directed by attorney.
- Communicate with clients as requested by attorney.
- Scan and save documents to practice management software.
- Prepare invoices for certain transactions.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Experience with Clio or similar law software is a plus.
- Ability to communicate, work on a team, and adapt to technological advances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and multi-task.
- Must be organized and have ability to prioritize.

At least two years of real estate experience is required.
