    Your role as an Recruiter will be to develop strong relationships with prospective clients who need support in delivering major projects within the Renewable Energy sector. You will also be interfacing directly with CMC experts who support clients on a day-to-day basis.

    CMC are a global consulting brand with offices in multiple countries across Asia Pacific and Europe. They are part of the Amoria Group (a very well established, global staffing and professional services company). As part of the rapid growth that they have experienced and their longer term growth strategy, they are now opening up their first US office in Dallas having worked the US market remotely for the last 2 years and generating enormous profit.

    • Someone passionate about delivering great service and with an interest in sales
    • You will have experience of working in the staffing industry, we are keen to speak with people who have Recruiter or Candidate Consultant experience
    • A fast learner who can take on board the award-winning training program

    What will you be doing?

    • Making calls to existing and prospective CMC clients
    • Meeting with key stakeholders to develop relationships
    • Negotiating on behalf of CMC to secure new business
    • Working in partnership with clients to scope out project requirements
    • Researching projects and pipeline within your industry
    • Advising clients on the best way to overcome their project challenges
