    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) team.

    The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and software partners across the US.

    This role is a critical part of the sales team, serving as the front door for ISV demand.

    This is a full time, on site position in our Charlotte, NC office

    ResponsibilitiesSet Appointments:
    first-touch outreach; set and schedule meetings between the qualified leads and the sales teamOwnership of inbound and outbound lead flowTrack outreach activities and follow ups using CRM tools to ensure consistent pipeline growth

    Qualify Leads:
    Identify and assess the needs of the business to identify if they would be a good fitDriving qualified meetings and clean pipeline creationExecution and management of Better Together lead flow assignmentsSupporting ISV Field sellers and partner pull-throughCollaboration: Work closely with your designated sellers to ensure smooth handoff and alignmentSalesforce Knowledge a plusWhat success Look likeConsistently hitting or surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs)

    Including:
     Number of qualified appointments (SQLs) Number of submissions (deals moved forward) Communicating value and product insight clearly and effectively
