- Identify key stakeholders in Pharma, Biotech, Governments and other customers and build relationships
- Sell the Partex group products. Selling means generating revenues through software licenses, fee-for-service sales of services, risk-sharing collaborations and services related to patient data
- Collaborate with the members of the worldwide Commercial team including Marketing and the Product Development team
- The VP Business Development will also be responsible for building, training, inspiring and managing the US sales team
- Bachelor's / Master's/PhD Degree preferably in a Scientific or Medical field ideally combined with either a Business, Marketing, or Communications degree or the corresponding experience in the field
- A good network in the Pharma/Biotech field
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Experience in Tech / Software Engineering / AI is a plus
- Good English language skills are a must-have
- Experience in the US market is a preference.

Your mission
We are looking for a VP of business development for the US region who will be reporting to our Group Chief Commercial Officer, with all matters about Sales, leads and account management. The Ideal candidate will drive the sales of all Partex group products in his/her territory. Currently, the Partex portfolio includes Healthcare AI services, AI software including generative AI tools, wet-lab screening services, patient data and patient data management. This position will require you to travel for business and to regularly attend virtual meetings with your colleagues in Europe and India. Location: In-office, East Coast US Our company and its subsidiaries operate from different sites worldwide, including Germany, Switzerland, India, and the USA.
