    Description
    Financial Analyst
    • Support the trade promotion spending process - Consult with and advise the sales team on trending results, emerging opportunities and risks related to the company's trade spend, and communicate real-time forecasts to finance leadership
    • Track sales performance and ensure sales team is kept informed on progress towards budgeted and investor-guided targets, and remain in lockstep with all commercial teams
    • Calculate and communicate accurate commercial KPIs and liaise with other business units to provide a coherent picture of global youtheory performance
    • Report meaningful actionable information - Develop and present reports showcasing monthly and quarterly operating results to the US leadership team
    • Challenge and increase finance literacy of cross-functional teams (Marketing & Sales)
    • Forecast ownership - Utilize data and specific account knowledge to forecast trade spend, communicate risks and identify opportunities related to hitting financial performance targets
    • Support FP&A management of USA business, consolidate timely & accurate forecasts across all sales, operations, international units
    • Assist in special project assignments, collaborate in cross-functional teams and provide ad-hoc analysis when required
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
    • Business related University Degree
    • 1+ years in a related role (CPG, Retail and Trade Spend) is a plus
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    • Understanding of accounting concepts and financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, ROI and financial statements
    • Ability to be skeptical and challenge information that is presented
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office applications - advanced Excel
    • Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and prioritize crucial deliverables
