Job Description:

Clinical Effectiveness (CE) is searching for a Salesforce architect/developer to play an important role in our transition to a new consolidated suite of business systems across all of CE. Reporting to the Clinical Effectiveness Principal Solution Architect, the Lead Salesforce Architect/Developer will design solutions, coding, and implementing upcoming CE Business Systems projects for our growing Salesforce organization.

Responsibilities:

Architect technical solutions for business problems using Salesforce technology platform
Work with security architects, risk and network security to find solutions that work with the Salesforce platform providing secure solutions
Negotiate features for the roadmap for both Salesforce and required integrations and reduce costs with customization
Provide direction to both Sales and Service teams to help build processes that solve for a digital experience
Technical Development of architecture and design blueprints
Ensure business systems security and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a technology-related field required
10+ years of experience in global software development and deployment
8+ years of experience delivering applications on Salesforce platform, Sales, Service and Commerce Cloud

Compensation:

$141,000 - $197,550 (CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA)
