    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Inked Brands is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing brand experiences. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Marketing Design Manager. You will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team to execute a wide variety of projects. You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects with ease. If you enjoy working both independently and in team settings, are organized and deadline-driven, and share our love for design, you'll be set for success This job requires you to be IN OFFICE at our Bowling Green, KY office.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO -

    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guides for all brands.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing communication templates and campaign guides.
    • Design custom email marketing materials, executing tasks per week in line with manager expectations.
    • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Ensure the brand vision and identity are consistently translated in all visual marketing communications.
    • Able to design for different audiences and different brand styles.
    • Conceptualize campaign visions and execute them through various channels.
    • Obtain approval by presenting final layouts and responding to internal requests.
    • Stay current on industry trends and report recommendations to the team.
    • Provide creative direction to the marketing department and recommend process improvements.
    • Complete special projects as required and create accurate costings and programs within budgets.
    • Assist in design for any updates and/or redesigns to the e-commerce websites, including listing page, product page, or innovative landing page executions.
    • Work with the team to execute new programs and seasonal creative campaigns that will be utilized across all communication touchpoints.
    • Translate corporate strategies into compelling and innovative creative concepts that engage the consumer, drive traffic, sales, and continue to build the brand's relevance and desirability.
    • Work closely with the photography department to help take product images in a studio setting.
    • Photograph styled flat lays in a studio setting for marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in editing product images for our websites.
    • Contribute to and support a positive, creative, and collaborative culture.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE -

    • BA or BFA in graphic design or related field with 2-3 years experience.
    • Excellent design skills and Mac proficiency.
    • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience with website usability and web/email design best practices.
    • Knowledge of advertising and sales as well as an understanding of consumer behaviors and what drives people to buy.
    • Seeks out and responds well to feedback and art direction and is results-oriented.
