• 80 hours per two weeks
• Day Shift
• On Call rotation every third weekend

Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN.

Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.

The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) Performs clerical and receptionist duties for the nursing units and may assist in the management of central supplies for nursing.

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Performs clerical and receptionist duties
• Maintains current chart according to chart order policy/procedure
• Transcribe MD orders per facility policy
• Participates in audits or surveys designed to measure quality care and service
• Assists in the functions of nursing supply

Qualifications

• One to three years previous experience preferred
• Health Unit Coordinator Certificate or training preferred
• Long Term and/or Transitional Care experience preferred
