As a Project Scheduler, you will plan, schedule and coordinate materials for your projects. Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedule.
Additional activities can also be assigned by the Project Manager as necessary, including a leadership role with the Project Team when required by the PM.
Perform Project Set-up Activities, maintain project information, assist with readiness reviews, and create and update recovery plan schedules and cost estimates as required by the PM for the assigned production, design, and forecasted projects.
Assist PM with project related tasks, including supporting customer presentations and meetings, collecting action items and generating minutes from Project Team meetings, and acting as the PM in a limited capacity during the PMs absence.
Develop and maintain schedules and material requirements lists, for products, proposal efforts and/or the production process. Provided input to PM/management regarding problems such as scheduling issues, material shortages, design changes, and backlogs. BS or BA in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related technical field A minimum of four to six years in direct or related experience Understanding of Business principles related to manufacturing and project management, with some amount of experience with Project Scheduling and Budgeting is expected Experience working in a shop environment, i.e.
