Nurture and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of orthopedic and internal cases
Perform orthopedic surgeries
Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon or non-certified with equivalent years of experience
Preferably with CBLO certification but not required
Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
