Job summary
This is responsible paraprofessional work involving a high degree of customer service with the public and a working knowledge of approved family law forms and procedures in place in the Sixth Judicial Circuit.+
Responsibilities
- A high degree of independent judgment and case management skills is required to handle all matters, specifically family law-related cases.
- A high level of professionalism to assist all callers and litigants.
- Position frequently requires contact with litigants and requires an effort to manage cases even with the most difficult litigant contacts.
