Job summary

The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst will partner with CAI Sales and SBO stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of sales tools. The role involves daily support, execution of enhancements, and timely resolution of outages/breaks in functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME specifically as it relates to existing and net new functionality/configuration;
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Tier 1 team members, end users, and boundary partners by addressing recurring trends and resolving complex scenarios within established SLAs;
