The ideal candidate will serve as a Technical Lead and Project Lead. Specific duties cover a wide range from test requirements development, test software design and coding, code review, testing, troubleshooting and system integration of software in hardware, documentation, verification and validation. The candidate will lead technical weekly meetings, coordinating with other LM sites to resolve test failures to working solutions and provide project status to management. This position is working onside full time hands-on managing of the Lab, technician and test equipment.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering.
    • Experience with National Instruments LabVIEW, TestStand and C/C++ programing languages.
    • Experience with Automated TestEquipment hardware and software.
    • Experience working in a Lab environment and test equipment measurement instruments, testing and troubleshooting software in hardware.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and travel about10% per year.

    Desired Skills:

    • Worked in PAC 3 Production or Sustainment or Development program.
    -Performed as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS)-Performed as Technical and Project Lead

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


    Schedule for this Position:
