Responsibilities:
- Works sales leaders multiple internal support resources identify areas improvement sales bandwidth created while eliminating misalignment departmental goals hinder delivery value clients sales margin expansion

- Leverages standardized coaching process sales leaders used across Group increase productivity drive high-performance culture

- Ideas creation deployment standardized quarterly review process suppliers district leaders
