Hydrolake is seeking to hire a full-time Pole Yard Driver to join our team

Essential Job Functions:

• Safely load and unload utility poles onto trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Inspect utility poles for damage or defects before loading and report any issues.
• Ensure accurate counting and documentation of utility poles during loading and unloading processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized pole yard area to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
• Operate crane and other equipment as needed to facilitate loading and unloading activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in loading and unloading operations preferred.
• Ability to operate crane and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
