    OverviewAs aClinical Supervisor , you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient care and operations in designated areas.

    You'll serve as a clinical resource for both staff and patients, and step into a staff nurse role when needed.

    You'll also take on managerial responsibilities as delegated by the department manager.

    QualificationsEducation:
    Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience required

    Licensure:


    Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and meet all state board of nursing requirements.


    Certifications:
    Basic Life Support (BLS)through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire).

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Previous supervisory experience
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing
