Our centers have operated across Greater Cincinnati for more than 40 years, and we serve children ages 6 weeks through 6 years.

Weekday, daytime hours

• Our teachers plan and implement classroom lesson plans (we have builtin coaches and supports to help you with this), stay connected with parents, and provide care and learning for each child, based on what each child needs to succeed.

We need teachers who keep the environment clean, safe, and stimulating, using the Constructivist Theory (we're happy to help you learn more about this if you join our classroom).

This might be a given, but our teachers should have a positive nature and be flexible, and know that we work best as a team.

We lean into social emotional learning and child-lead play, using positive redirection.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements for

Preschool Teacher:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, CDA, or in process of obtaining a degree
• Prior experience working with young children and the ability to manage classroom through positive redirection, problem solving, setting appropriate limits, and active listening.
