We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team and assist guests with their accommodation and dining needs. Responsibilities include making, changing, and canceling reservations for accommodations and dining, as well as filing reservations and handling mail, correspondence, and brochure requests. The role involves posting advance deposits, processing confirmations, and tracking purchased gift certificates and Comp Certificate Reservations. Additionally, the Agent will input delivered reservations from the Online Reservation System (ORS) and assist Sales and Conference Services with group inquiries. They will also support internal associates by providing occupancy and availability information and assist OmniRez with specific questions to facilitate reservation sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be proficient in reservation systems, and possess a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.

• File Reservations and back-up
• Handle mail/correspondence/brochure requests
• Post advance deposits
• Process confirmations

• Data input delivered reservations from ORS
• Assist Sales and Conference Services when specific questions arise regarding groups
• Assist internal Associates with occupancy and availability information
