    Now Hiring: Construction Integration Manager at San Antonio TX (Onsite)

    Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite) Start Date: ASAP End Date: 12 months with possible extension

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Integration Manager to oversee and coordinate production activities for a large-scale Data Center Telecom Fit-Out project. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you'll play a critical part in ensuring quality, efficiency, and seamless integration across construction operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers.
    • Motivate teams and implement measures to improve methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
    • Review operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical/administrative staff.
    • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
    • Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff while resolving personnel concerns.
    • Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality deliverables.
    • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
    • Conduct daily walkthroughs of construction spaces and oversee fit-out activities.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Experience: 5–7 years in construction management.
    • Specialization: 4–5 years in Data Center construction with Telecom fit-out experience on large-scale projects.
    • Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Telecom specifications.
    • Preferred Certifications: BICSI, Fiber certification (not mandatory but highly valued).
    • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.

    Must-Have Skills

    • Data Center construction (4–5 years).
    • Telecom fit-out experience for large-scale Data Centers.
    • Deep understanding of Telecom specifications.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
