    Key Responsibilities Manage a team that encompasses all accounting operations, AP, AR and Payroll Manage the month end closes Prepare, review and analyze financials for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.

    Oversee cost accounting analysis Lead annual audits, AOP and internal forecasts Maintain current and establish new accounting and finance internal controls and SOPs Bring about further automation and efficiencies in the department Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Accounting 7+ years of experience in Accounting 3+ years of experience managing multiple accounting staff Experience working in manufacturing (i.e. inventory and cost accounting)

    Exposure to full cycle accounting and operations Experience with month end close, annual audit, budgeting, financial reporting Oracle ERP experience desired Excellent people leadership skills Strong understanding of GAAP Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Detail oriented, organized and good time management Good Analytical Thinking Skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic and drive to rise to a new challenge every day Compensation and Benefits:
