    Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so were committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels.

    As a Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics, you will be responsible for ensuring Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs) are producing the appropriate mix and quantity of semi-finished and finished goods as required by ADC Demand/Supply Planning.

    Youll work closely with TPM Operations and ADC Sourcing teams to align material and production plans with short- and long-term inventory requirements.

    This key role will engage in regular analysis and planning; effectively communicating build requirements to our manufacturing partners and production outputs to internal customers.

    To be successful, the Manager will require a high degree of organization to monitor and coordinate the multiple variables that ultimately affect the TPMs ability to successfully meet production targets.

    This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.What Youll Work OnTranslate Supply Plans to TPM Production Plans; communicates ability of TPMs to achieve plans back to Supply PlanningOrganize regular meetings with stakeholders and TPMs to review build plans, forecasts, and operational issues relating to maintaining adequate supplyWork closely with ADC Supply Planning throughout the monthly planning process to align on strategy and maintain agreed finished goods inventory levelsMaintain awareness of engineering and product changes to ensure TPMs incorporate changes into their forecasting and planning cycles as to not disrupt supplyMonitor and analyze TPMs weekly/monthly production plans; proactively identify operational or supply risks and work to rectify accordinglyBuild relationships with ADC Logistics and Inventory Control; leverage resources to help monitor semi-finished and finished goods movement through the supply chainMonitor and report on internal and external KPIs including forecast accuracy and adherence to build plansConduct insightful data analysis and reporting to support business decisions relating to materials, production schedules, and inventory positionsSupport management in strategic, operational, and business planning; generate regular and ad hoc reports as neededContribute to the design and implementation of planning modelsBecome a trusted resource within ADC Operations through analytics, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaborationExperience You'll BringRequiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Operations, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a combination of education and equivalent experienceMinimum 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain Strategy or Supply Chain Analyst rolePreferredExperience as a Project/Program ManagerProficiency with MS Office suite:
