    Description
    Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, social work, counseling and/or nursing required
    Four (4) or more years' experience in healthcare business development role required
    Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile, where facility requires
    Responsibilities

    Develops and maintains strong relationships with key referral sources identifying and extending opportunities for partnering and growth
    Works closely with facility discharge partners, direct care professionals to generate referral sources
    Coordinates with direct care professionals and intake department to ensure efficient admissions process for all patients
    Educates patients, families, community partners/potential partners other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided within facility
    Travels frequently throughout designated area and beyond to meet and educate referral sources through Ohio and neighboring states
    Utilizes analytic tools, such as Salesforce to efficiently display productivity for connections with referral sources
    Establishes community outreach initiatives and facilities in partnership with Director and direct care professionals
    Annual accrual of vacation, sick, & extended sick time

    Development Representative serves as a consummate professional in the community establishing and growing lines of services for Rebound Behavioral Health.


    The Business Development Representative serves is a vital piece of the strategic team at Rebound Behavioral Health, an acute inpatient setting for adult men and women who have been experiencing a wide range of mental or behavioral health challenges.

    The Business Development Representative will serve as a strategic partner within the facility and surrounding community through collaboration, education and sourcing various referral sources in the state of South Carolina and neighboring states/communities.


    Functions include, but not limited to:

    • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key referral sources identifying and extending opportunities for partnering and growth.
    • Works closely with facility discharge partners, direct care professionals to generate referral sources.
    • Coordinates with direct care professionals and intake department to ensure efficient admissions process for all patients.
    • Educates patients, families, community partners/potential partners other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided within facility.
    • Travels frequently throughout designated area and beyond to meet and educate referral sources through Ohio and neighboring states.

    Educational/Licensure/Experience Requirements:
