Experience:
• 18 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Shift/Hours: Eves 12p-10p x 4 or 2p-10p x5 rotating days with every other weekend Sat or Sun
Required Skills: Must have OR experience and able to go to the OR by themselves, minimum 5 years hospital experience with at least 3 years in a trauma OR and ER trauma experience required.
On-call: Yes only 1 x24 hour shift every 13 weeks
Holidays: Yes rotating
Burgundy scrubs and blue OR scrubs that the hospital provides
Seasonal vaccine or declination updated annually.
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
