- Use of EHR data entry); requesting and tracking authorizations; running reports
- Attending and assisting patients at the front desk as needed
- Team member must be knowledgeable with portals and medical front desk process for patient services as related to medical management, and billing processes.
- Experience in a medical front desk setting ideally a therapy practice (insurance verification, authorizations, scheduling, all matters related to patient care)
- Understanding of EMR system program software used for scheduling, billing, etc.
- Excellent "People skills" and communication with staff, clients and Dr.
- Must be fluent Bilingual speaker able to speak and write fluently in English & Spanish.
- Have exceptional organizational skills for data tracking, scheduling, and inventory.
