    Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. We have an exciting role for a Client Services Specialist in our Spring, Texas office.

    The Client Services Specialist works directly with Dolphin Debit clients and employees alike. When a new or existing client has a concern regarding an ATM he or she brings the issue to the Client Services Specialist, who works to determine what the problem could be. Once the issue is brought to light, the Client Services Specialist collaborates with the Dolphin employee that specializes in the problem at hand in order settle the issue. He/She keeps an eye on technician calls, and oversees client accounts for any errors. The Client Services Specialist builds a steady relationship with new and existing clients and sees all projects with these clients through to the end. He/She also works with sales support, monitor and dispatch, ATM installations, and ATM graphics to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Overall, the Client Services Specialist listens to-and works with-Dolphin Debit clients and dictates which Dolphin Debit employee is best suited to resolve the client's concern. The Client Services Specialist will be very engaged with new clients and act as a liaison between the Installation Team and other Dolphin departments.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to deliver messages clearly and succinctly and tailor approach depending on target audience (internal and external customers).
    • Ability to work well in a team with co-workers and clients is an imperative part of this career.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    Job Qualifications/Preferred Skills:
    • 3+ years' experience in financial services.
    • 3+ years' experience with customer service.
    • Able to influence change and increase collaboration throughout the organization.
    • Bachelor of Arts in Business Management-or a similar degree.
