A large hospital system in Eugene, OR is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for their ICU department.

The Position:

Full-Time, 8 Hour Variable shifts

Provide managerial assistance to the Nurse Manager

Patient care and family assistance

Assist management with staff supervision and documentation of personnel actions along with

evaluation of work product and performance including the Clinical Educator

Assist in budget monitoring

Qualifications:

ASN, (BSN preferred)

3 years RN experience preferrably in ICU or other Critical Care area

2 years supervisory/leadership experience

Current Oregon nursing license

BLS, ACLS
