The Director of Guest Experience is responsible for leading all guest-facing operations at DSRT Surf outside of the surf lagoon.This highly visible leadership role focused on service excellence, revenue performance, team development and operational execution.
The Director sets the tone for how guests interact with DSRT Surf and ensures consistency efficiency and hospitality across all touchpoints.
