    Who We're Looking For:
    We are seeking a Desktop Support – Seasonal Point of Sale Technician for a seasonal position in Milwaukee, WI.

    This role requires providing tier 1 and 2 IT support, including hardware, software, printing, and Point of Sale Technology, while maintaining excellent customer service and adherence to ITIL practices.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily support for PC hardware and software, including Windows 10, Office 365, and other applications.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems and images.
    • Troubleshoot peripherals and mobile devices.
    • Work outside of normal business hours as needed.
    • Document and track incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
    • Prioritize and escalate support incidents based on business impact.
    • Assist in special projects and Point of Sale operations.

    Qualifications:

    • 13 years of customer service experience.
    • 2year degree in an ITrelated field or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
