Job Description Job Description ServiceNow Business Analyst Pay range - $40 - $45/hrWe have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of ServiceNow Business Analyst to work in Austin, TX on Hybrid basis.
The worker's responsibilities and skills must include:
Previous experience with and expert knowledge of ServiceNow capabilitiesMapping processes and designing technical solutions to address pain points, improve processes and increase automation.
Gathering business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Defining product themes, epics, user stories and product features.
Facilitating prioritization sessions for the product backlog.
Facilitating sprint planning sessions to establish a sprint backlog.
Documenting requirements and system design using approved agency formats.
Being a creative thinker to solve business issues.
Mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements.
Assisting in the translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Facilitating and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows and system design.
Writing test cases and scripts to validate code is working as documented.
Writing release notes and training documentation.
Minimum (Required)5 Years - Experience with general IT SDLC processes5 Years - Experience working with ServiceNow / ServiceNow projects5 Years - Skilled in working on agile projects utilizing scrum and waterfall methodologies5 Years -Skilled in extracting business, functional and non-functional requirements from business units and IT staff5 Years - Skilled in test case planning and quality assurance reviews of test scripts5 Years - Skilled in QA/QC reviews5 Years -Experience analyzing raw data5 Years -Skilled in documenting requirements and translating functional requirements to technical specifications5 Years - Experienced in establishing and maintaining a sprint backlog5 Years - Experience in creating written communications and training for business users5 Years - Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff5 Years - Skilled in mediating business units with conflicting and competing business requirements5 Years - Skilled in facilitating large group meetings with internal and external resourcesPreferred (Optional):2 Years - Experience with one or more state of Texas government agencies2 Years - Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations or GRC2 Years - ServiceNow certificationFor immediate consideration, please contact:TanyaPRIMUS Global Services
