**About the Position**
The Driver ensures the safe and efficient transport of clients to and from Valley locations. The Driver is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of company vehicles
Job responsibilities include:
Transports clients to and from Valley locations
Follows the safest and most efficient assigned route
Knows the routes, location of stops, and the clients who board or exit at each stop
Coordinates with and supports employees who accompany clients and assists with behavior management on the vehicle
Performs routine maintenance as required
Maintains interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness
Follows emergency procedures and reports incidents as required
Maintains required transportation records
If applicable, follows all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Commercial Drivers License (CDL) rules and other local transportation regulations as applicable
**Required Qualifications**

High School diploma or equivalent
No previous experience is required
Must have a reliable car and clean record, and be able to transport clients (mileage reimbursement applicable)
Previous passenger transportation experience preferred
****Licenses/Certifications****
Current drivers license; must be 21
For DOT vehicles Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
For DOT vehicles Department of Transportation Health Certificate
