    • Depending on ExperienceThe Integrated Marketing Coordinator will work closely with all members of the team to drive acquisition and retention.
    Daily tasks will vary from supporting marketing and partnership initiatives, maintaining performance trackers and marketing calendars, and actively participating in meetings.

    RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of Marketing calendar and meeting facilitationCoordinating the creation of marketing assets for various campaigns, working with Marketing, Editorial, Social, and Graphics teamsTrafficking assets, managing spreadsheets and tracking all aspects of promotional campaignsPreparing Keynote campaign recap presentations that include performance metrics, key learnings & actionable recommendations and, presenting these to the leadership teamWriting and proofreading copy for website posts, emails, and other marketing initiativesSupporting the synergy lead on all cross-promotional opportunities with internal partnersContributing ideas for content to be used with digital and associated social media channelsAssisting with other marketing responsibilities as needed by members of the Marketing teamREQUIREMENTS1-2 Years Marketing expProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrate analytic skills with strong proficiency in ExcelExperienced with presentation software and have working knowledge of PowerPoint, KeynoteExcellent note-taking skills, within meetings, to find the key points of the conversation and capture after-action responsibilities.

    Well-developed writing and grammatical skills; including copywriting and proofreading abilityPrevious experience working on website and digital marketing projects; relationship management and integration; and posting and writing in the voice/tone of an organizationProven campaign and event planning experienceExperience with WordPress or other CMSDegree Required
