Relief Night Audit/Property Security Job Description

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Relief Night Audit/Property Security at the Windsong Lodge.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the lodge during night shifts. This includes providing exceptional guest service, maintaining safety protocols, and performing routine security checks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with reservations, check-in, and checkout procedures
• Balance deposits, complete accounting forms, and run end-of-day reports
• Perform nightly rounds to monitor noise levels and general safety
• Maintain contact with the front desk via two-way radio
• Assist guests with hotel needs and respond to emergency situations

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (desirable)
• Knowledge of basic office equipment operation and excellent communication skills

Compensation:
