    Payroll Administrator

    Immediate opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
    • Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
    • Generate and analyze payroll reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
    • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
    • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any SAP SuccessFactors issues related to payroll processing.
    • Participate in the testing and implementation of updates and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors payroll module
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
    • Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to payroll records.

    This is a contract-to-hire position in Atlanta. Work a hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Days are flexible.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator
    • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
    • Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
    • High level of attention to detail/accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
