- Install and/or support various technologies such as computers, AV devices, phones, printers, Wi-Fi, ethernet, IP, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365 products like Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook, etc.
- Configure and maintain network devices and services including routers, firewalls, switches, voice equipment, UPSs, VPNs, etc.
- Install and troubleshoot cables such as CAT5e and CAT6 wires.
- Assist in enforcing network and security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Remotely troubleshoot issues and monitor system performance.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and diagnose network problems.
- Report network status and incidents to management.
- Manage network maintenance projects and provide Tier 2-3 support.
- Create documentation and guides for internal use.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on solutions.
- Support ad hoc projects and end-user requests.
- Manage IT issues by priority.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Networking, Information Security, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of Microsoft Server experience and IT field work experience.
- Knowledge in Level 2 Networking and Car Wash Point of Sale Systems.
- Experience with domain administration, VPN Sonicwall, and hand/power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytic, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service, network documentation, and technical problem-solving.
- Availability for on-call support and willingness to handle technical issues under pressure.
- Experience with LAN, WAN, climbing ladders, and carrying equipment.
- Regular communication with team members and supervisors.
- Work schedule includes weekdays with weekend on-call rotations.

Washman Car Wash is looking for a Network Technician II to maintain, improve, and secure the computer network systems. This role involves working on the current and future network requirements needed by the business.
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the organization's network, troubleshooting network systems as needed, and enhancing the network when necessary. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the organization complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. This position will involve traveling between car wash locations and HQ offices as required, as well as working in the field at various sites to help update and maintain the IT infrastructure.
