W2.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a senior project manger with atleast 15+ years of experience.
Insurance/Banking/Finanical domain industry is preferred.

Should able to define the budget, project scope and timeline for releases with stakeholders to meet business needs and maintain regulatory compliance.

Identify and resolved project risks and issues.

Collaborate with the project management team to proactively ensure all documentation met internal audit requirements and standardsProvide regular status reports and updates to senior leaders.

Prepare and distribute detailed project plans and schedules to the teams.
Spearhead software application releases.
Track overall process improvement by comparing previous and current projects based on KPIs.

Review and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), established goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the teams, and conduct semi-annual performance evaluations.
