    Company Profile:

    Our client is a leader in fire protection and life safety services. They are rapidly expanding, growing both organically and through acquisitions. They have laid a strong foundation and are now ready to scale and expand their team. They are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their Milwaukee, WI based sales team.

    Job Description:

    • The Outside Sales Representative will proactively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting and networking to secure appointments with facility directors/managers, and existing building owners at the decision maker level.
    • The Outside Sales Representative will develop a vertical market, identify new business opportunities and create "go-to-market" strategies for customers.
    • The Outside Sales Representative will meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual territory quota for product and services along with achieving strategic goals and targets as assigned by sales management..

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
    • A proven history of success. You thrive in and can foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture. You believe in winning as a team, and you pursue your goals and professional growth with dedication, integrity, and high ethical standards.
    • Experience selling fire protection and life safety services, driving revenue and helping build strong GTM strategies
    • Proficiency in identifying potential high value prospects, running and executing effective sales campaign, and converting prospects into actual customers.

    Location: This is a remote sales position where ideal candidates must be based in the Milwaukee, WI area. With an expectation of reporting to the local branch as needed and working in the field to meet accounts; Travel 30-50% within the assigned territory.
