Job DescriptionThe Administrative Project Assistant is expected to facilitate all activities associated with estimating and managing electrical projects in the Construction Division.
This individual will coordinate with Estimators and Project Managers.
The Administrative Project Assistant must have the ability to work with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
This person is expected to have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple office personnel.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include: completing weekly cost/labor reports, processing work/change orders and close-out documents, coordinating bid schedules/log, scheduling on-site job walk-throughs, and obtaining certificates of insurance to name a few.
This person will also routinely gather, organize, print and scan documentation including but not limited to construction drawings, change orders and as-built drawings.
