Description:

This is an opportunity to join the IERUS team as a Product Owner supporting a large Missile Defense Agency program.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving value delivery for the Track Services applications, as part of a complex missile defense command and control system.

Specify stakeholder needs to drive the frequent delivery of value to the customer.
Coordinate and prioritize needs for multiple Task Orders.
Assess progress and report status to leadership.

Support the accomplishment of Earned Value Management by working closely with the CAMs providing required information to assess EV performance and assist with variances and ETCs.

Act as the technical interface with the Government.
Work with other Product Teams and ARTs to plan and execute program releases.

Interface with the Run Ahead, Platform & Infrastructure, Networks and other technical leadership Teams and communicate priorities to the Product Team.

Support preparation and presentation of briefings and demonstrations to customer.
Prepare Engineering Estimates and Basis of Estimates for Task Instructions and RFPs.

Required Qualifications:
B.S., M.S., or Ph.
D. in an engineering discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics) or equivalent years' experience.
Fourteen (14) plus years of relevant experience
Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience leading and managing cross functional teams in the development and integration of large, complex software applications.

Candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or other technical leadership position in an Agile environment.

Demonstrated experience in performing stakeholder management in a large, complex Development program.
Experience with DoD integration processes, Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and automated test tools.
Demonstrated experience specifying customer needs and managing customer priorities.

Desired Requirements:
SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) certification strongly desired.
Knowledge of common software development and management tools such as Maven, git/gitlab, Nexus and Eclipse.
Experience and understanding of Earned Value Management in a software development environment.
Knowledge and experience implementing Cyber Security/RMF requirements.
Understanding of standard system engineering design artifacts such as Use Cases and SysML diagrams.
Command and control system application development.
