    We are seeking someone who is looking to learn a new trade, has great communication skills, Coachable, hardworking and looking to build a career.

    THIS POSITION HAS MASSIVE ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT You will be getting in at ground level, we are looking for someone we can mold into running a team. You will receive your own Van & all tools to accomplish your job efficiency .

    We offer 40 hrs/wk fulltime work, $18-$23 based on your skills/prior experience, paid training, referral commissions, spot and annual bonus, and opportunity for healthcare/401K benefits.

    The person with the right combination of knowledge, work ethic and emotional intelligence will earn this position. You will be efficient, honest, credible, and thoughtful of our clients and their property. You will be a problem-solver and will gain satisfaction when exceeding client expectations.

    Some examples of work responsibilities:

    • Perform water mitigation services IAW S500 and All Dry corporate standards
    • Perform mold remediation services IAW S520 and All Dry corporate standards
    • Perform demolition tasks as necessary to complete mitigation
    • Communicate effectively with clients and customers about the status of jobs
    • Understand when to pause a job and reach out for assistance (risk management)
    • Meticulously document status of jobs and create accurate estimates with minimal errors
    • Remove debris like drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
    • Adhere to and enforce health and safety requirements (PPE, fall protection, etc.)
    • Lead a diverse work crew when required
    • Maintain clean, inventoried and fully stocked technician truck, equipment and tools
    • Maintain a strict professional appearance
    • Demonstrate your commitment to safety, learning, obtaining industry certifications and advancing into leadership roles
    • Path to become Lead water techs who are responsible for the job from start to finish. Which will include meeting with the customer, communicating the process, estimating the scope of work, following up to obtain signed authorization, and executing the work while delivering relentless customer service
    • Water Restoration Technicians respond 24/7
    • Document the job progress in our cloud-based tool with pictures, logs, e-mails, etc.
    • Work with adjusters and follow insurance program guidelines/regulations

    About You

    Minimum requirements:

    · Well organized, efficient, energetic, trustworthy & reliable

    · Oriented on delivering outstanding customer service

    · Comfortable with learning new technology

    · Comfortable with basic math related to our industry

    · Able to lift 70 lbs or 100 lbs with help

    · Clean driving record

    · Able to pass background check

    · Open to work on-call rotation to respond to 24/7 restoration calls

    · High School Diploma / equivalent
