    LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our Morris County, NJ client in their search for a temp to perm Accounting Manager.

    This is a true temp to perm position and is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving company with an outstanding culture.

    There is a ton of room to grow in this department. The role operates on a hybrid schedule (two-three days onsite).


    Job Description:
    Maintain the General LedgerEnsure the effective implementation of accounting procedures.
    Oversee the preparation of the weekly cash requirements report and other weekly accounting reports that may be developed.

    Responsible for the timely and accurate recording and reporting of project costs, revenue recognition, reconciliation of all balance sheet/select income statement accounts and ensuring the integrity of the accounting system.

    Lead fixed asset accounting activity.

    Follow up on accounting/system issues that affect accounts to ensure proper reporting of financial data, including evaluating internal controls and ensuring compliance with controls and procedures.

    Perform the monthly and annual closing process, including preparation of all management reports for review and approval by the Controller.

    Assist with the annual financial audit and tax filings.
    Manage staff accountants as well as manage deliverables from finance colleagues.
    Coach, train, and mentor staff.

    Bachelors Degree in AccountingMBA and/or CPA preferred8+ years of accounting experienceAdvanced MS Excel skills requiredSAP knowledge a plusExceptional communication skills - both written and verbalHigh level of efficiency and accuracyDetail-orientedAbility to prioritize and multi task in a busy environment

    Pay Range:

    Pay Details:
