    Job Description: Responsibilities:
    • Manage all aspects of complex, large-scale, high-priority projects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure it is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Define, document, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management artifacts (i.e., WBS, risk assessments, project charter, RACIs, communication plan, MS schedule, status reports, etc.).
    • Ensure applicable project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
    • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
    • lign project deliverables and milestones with projects strategy and objectives.
    • Facilitate project meetings, create and distribute meeting notes.
    • Manage project within the VITA PMO framework, process, and structure.
    • Manage projects within procurement and project management governance processes as directed by the Project Management Office and VITA.
    • Keep leadership and key stakeholders informed of issues that may impact project completion, budget, or results.
    • Facilitate project conference calls, status meetings, and planning sessions, and provide meeting notes.
    • Be a consultant to customers and communicate project status throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Manage project resources, overseeing day-to-day task execution.
    • Utilizing system-based project management applications; Microsoft Project, MS Office, Planview, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
    • ligning TS special projects with a TS and Enterprise mission and objectives.
    • Collaborating with managers regarding special project planning and execution.
    • Reviewing project portfolios to ensure they abide by strategic decisions and the company's.
    The Project Manager should have the following skills:
    • 5-10 plus years of direct hands-on technical Project Management experience, preferably having managed client-level technology projects.
    • Project Schedule development experience along with 3rd party vendor schedule integration.
    • Experience developing and documenting both technical and business requirements.
    • Budget, scope, and risk/issue management experience.
    • Project Management leadership experience of cross-functional matrixed teams.
    • 3rd party vendor management experience.
    • Procurement experience, preferably associated with a client technology project.
    • Knowledge of Quality Assurance (e.g., Test Plans, Test Scripts) and best practices.
    • Knowledge of varied technologies and security, Infrastructure, Cloud-Computing, and Data Management best practices is a plus
    • Strong business, technical and analytical skills.

    • College degree, Masters's degree preferred.
    • Experience using system-based project management applications: Microsoft Project and Planview.
    • Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • VITA PM Certification preferred.
    • Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, and ITIM certifications are a plus.
