Our client's boutique law firm is a premier plaintiff's personal injury firm that's growing and looking to add an experienced Case Manager to their team. The right candidate must be experienced and self-sufficient enough to organize an entire case load and intake/process and delegate the cases appropriately for the needs of the firm. The position requires an experienced candidate with at least 2 years' experience acting in a support staff position with a busy case load of auto accident, premise liability, wrongful death, and other personal injury cases. The candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to balance the workload independently to ensure timely completion of work.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling personal injury cases in a support staff role in California.
• Expertise and abilities to handle a case from inception through closing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and time management skills.
• Ability to work well both leading and within a team.
• Experience with case management and research legal software (Litify and Westlaw a bonus).
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged

Work Model:

• This in an in-office position only but they are flexible to adjust daily start/end times with employees to accommodate best for commutes, family needs, etc.

Compensation:

• This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage based off of experience, with discretionary bonuses, as well.
