Join Our TeamThe Chief Engineer will assist the Director of Engineering in all aspects of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis.

This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate is a current Chief of Engineer that has a minimum of 3 years of previous management experience in hotel or building engineering maintenance.

Preferred qualifications include either a professional degree in an Engineering discipline or a trade degree in a specific technical field relating to Engineering.

Experience in a condominium setting is preferred.
