- Machine high-quality parts in accordance with engineering and production requirements.
- Read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed work instructions.
- Inspect, measure, and document manufactured parts to ensure quality and compliance.
- Perform machine setups required for part manufacturing.
- Make program or offset edits as needed to maintain part quality.
- Follow all safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Immediately report any safety, quality, or maintenance concerns to management.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Hold oneself to a high standard of workmanship and take pride in producing quality parts.
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible for consideration at this time.
- 5 or more years of experience operating 5-axis CNC routers, mills, or similar machine tools.
- Experience with composite machining.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A strong desire to excel in a high-pressure environment with minimal guidance.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 or more years of experience cutting, routing, and trimming carbon fiber composite materials in aerospace applications.
- Experience with 7-axis CNC equipment.
- Experience selecting tools and fixtures for cutting composite materials.

This customer designs and builds small- to medium-lift launch vehicles, lunar landers, and orbital vehicles for government and commercial missions from low Earth orbit to the Moon and beyond.
