Job Description Salary:
$55k - $110k
Summary

Primarily responsible for the design, planning, and oversight of civil construction projects, ensuring safe and timely project completion within budget.

Minimum Qualifications
Education –Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related area.
3 – 5 years of experience in civil construction engineering or related roles.
EIT certification, engineering licensure or working towards licensure is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience with construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
Knowledge of subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
Proficiency in civil engineering and construction software.
Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Essential Functions

Involved in the design, planning, and oversight of civil construction projects ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Prepare, review, and modify civil engineering plans and designs.
Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and architectural teams.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Promptly identify and resolve any emerging

problems/deficiencies.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, construction codes, and safety regulations
Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
