OneSource Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Representative. This is a temp to hire position with full benefits including: medical, dental, vision, 401K + company match, and PTO. Responsibilities for the Bilingual Staffing Representative:
· Identify potential candidates through effective screening, interviewing and evaluation of all potential candidates
· Schedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate
· Coach candidates for job interview with client
· Follows-up after interviews with both candidates and customers
· Present job offer, negotiate, close the transaction, and confirm start date and compensation
· Partner with the clients' leadership to ensure the candidates selected are a match for the assignment
· Partner with the Human Resources Manager for General Orientation regarding schedules and pay policies.
· Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for difference of opinions over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, being supportive, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
· Travel to meet with clients in regards to staffing needs, corrective action, or other work related issues
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with a variety of individuals and the site leadership.
· Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
· Ability to hold employees accountable to policies.
· Proven ability to multi-task, finish projects and assigned tasks in a timely manner.
· Strong and effective oral and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
