    Description
    Salary to $100k, onsite/hybrid, direct hire


    Principal Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain exceptional user interfaces for our platforms using and Tailwind CSS.

    Work closely with the product team to design and implement complex technical solutions.

    Optimize applications for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

    Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

    Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

    Craft reusable code and libraries for future use.

    Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

    Keep abreast of advancements in JavaScript and React technologies.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a React Developer.

    Proficient in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

    Deep understanding of and its core principles.

    Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design.

    Familiarity with React state management patterns (such as Flux or Redux).

    Knowledge of modern EcmaScript standards (ES6+).

    Proficient in using RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

    Strong grasp of front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

    Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.

    Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
