Job summary
The Sr. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) & Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist is responsible for leading and executing the EHS and continuous improvement strategies across LPC operations.The role drives a culture of "Safety Always", operational excellence, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Implement and enforce EHS policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
- Champion a "Safety First" mindset across all operations and teams.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and root cause analyses of incidents; develop and oversee corrective actions.
